Le projet transforme un appartement existant par l’intégration d’un studio de 30 m² et l’occupation des combles, où sont créées deux chambres pour enfants. Chaque espace est pensé comme un univers propre, combinant des zones de jeu avec des espaces de repos en mezzanine. Dans celles-ci, un travail attentif de garde-corps–bibliothèques en menuiserie sur mesure accompagne et structure les usages du quotidien.

La lumière naturelle traverse le projet et atteint l’escalier grâce à une fenêtre haute, disposée au-dessus du volume de la salle de bains, éclairant ainsi le cœur du logement. Les espaces, clairs et apaisés, se construisent à partir de détails simples et précis.

The project transforms an existing apartment through the integration of a 30 m² studio and the use of the attic, where two children’s bedrooms are created. Each space is conceived as its own small universe, combining play areas with sleeping spaces in mezzanine. Within these, a careful design of balustrade–bookshelves in bespoke joinery accompanies and shapes everyday use.

Natural light moves through the project and reaches the staircase via a high-level window, positioned above the bathroom volume, illuminating the heart of the home. The spaces, bright and calm, are defined by simple and precise details.
